That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further amended by deleting from the list of streets where parking is prohibited under Section 11 . 60 . 050P the following: Villa Street. Villa Street, north side thereof, from Liberty Street to Healy Street. Section 2 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further amended by adding to the list of streets where parking is prohibited under Section 11 . 60 . 050P the following: Villa Street. Villa Street, north side thereof, from Percy Court to Sherman Avenue. Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed. Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after its passage and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
