AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE PAY PLAN FOR CERTAIN APPOINTED OFFICERS
AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Ordinance No. G59-92 entitled "An
Ordinance Establishing a Pay Plan for Certain Appointed
Officers and Employees of the City of Elgin" passed
December 16 , 1992 , be and is hereby amended by deleting from
Range 48 the position title Assistant Corporation Counsel II
and adding said position title to the Management Group A-2
salary and benefit plan.
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval in the
manner provided by law. >
