Ordinance No. G12-93, entitled An Ordinance Amending Title 17
Entitled "Development Impact Fees" of the Elgin Municipal Code,
1976, as Amended, which provided by its terms that it should be
published in pamphlet form.

the Ordinance and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a
copy of such Ordinance was posted in the municipal building,
commencing on March 25, 1993, and continuing for at least ten
days thereafter. Copies of such Ordinance were also available
for public inspection upon request in the office of the
municipal clerk.

AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING TITLE 17 ENTITLED "DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES" OF THE
ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE, 1976 , AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Chapter 17 . 01 entitled "General
Provisions" of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976 , as amended, be
and is hereby further amended by adding to Section 17 . 01 . 040
the following:
C. Development of property owned by a public
school district, a public library district, or by
the Fox River Water Reclamation District.
Section 2 . That Chapter 17 . 04 entitled "Calculations" of
the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby
further amended by adding to Subsection C of Section 17 . 04 . 050
the following:
4 . Land used exclusively for stormwater
control purposes .
Section 3 . That Chapter 17 . 04 entitled "Calculations" of
rft the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976 , as amended, be and is hereby
further amended by adding to Subsection B of Section 17 . 04 . 060
the following:
6 . Land used exclusively for stormwater
control purposes .
Section 4 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict with this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 5 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and publication in the
manner provided by law.
