AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G40-90 GRANTING A SPECIAL USE FOR
AN AUTOMOBILE LAUNDRY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Section 3 of Ordinance No. G40-90
entitled "An Ordinance Granting a Special Use for an
Automobile Laundry" passed August 22, 1990, and amended by
Ordinance No. G21-91 entitled "An Ordinance Amending Ordinance
No. G40-90 Granting a Special Use for an Automobile Laundry"
passed April 10, 1991, be and is hereby amended to read as
follows :
Section 3. That the special use granted herein
shall expire if not established on or before
August 22, 1993 .
Section 2 . That, except as amended herein, Ordinance No.
G40-90 remains in full force and effect.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage in the manner provided
by law.
