I further certify that on January 8, 1992 , the Corporate Authorities of such municipality passed and approved Ordinance No. G3-92, entitled An Ordinance Classifying Certain Newly Annexed Territory (Shales Parkway Water Tower Site) , which provided by its terms that it should be published in pamphlet form. The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. G3-92, including the Ordinance and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a copy of such Ordinance was posted in the municipal building, commencing on January 9 , 1992, and continuing for at least ten days thereafter. Copies of such Ordinance were also available for public inspection upon request in the office of the municipal clerk. DATED at Elgin, Illinois, on January 9, 1992 . (14 („„..61, 4100E,w-h- Municipal Clerk Ordinance No. G3-92 AN ORDINANCE 4ASSIFYING CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED TERRITORY (Shales Parkway Water Tower Site) WHEREAS, the territory herein described has been annexed to the City of Elgin; and WHEREAS, written application has been made to classify said territory in the R-2 single family residence district; and WHEREAS, after due notice in the manner provided by law the Land Use Committee conducted a public hearing concerning said application and has submitted its written findings and recommendation; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elgin, Illinois, has reviewed the findings and recommendations of the Land Use Committee and concurs in its recommendation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS: eft Section 1 .
