AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE
CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of streets where parking is
prohibited under Section 11 . 60 . 050P the following:
Mulberry Court. Mulberry Court, both sides
thereof, including the cul-de-sac.
Van Street. Van Street, south side thereof,
from S. Alfred Avenue to S. Aldine Street, between
the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4 : 00 p.m. on school days.
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
emk Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage and publication in
