AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE
CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by deleting from the list of streets where parking is
prohibited under Section 11 .60 . 050P the following:
Creekside Court. Creekside Court, north and
east sides thereof, from Lyle Avenue to Creekside
Circle, from November 1st to April 1st.
Creekside Circle. Creekside Circle, south side
thereof, from Lyle Avenue to Creekside Court, from
November 1st to April 1st.
Creekside Circle. Creekside Circle, north,
east, south and west sides thereof, from Lyle Avenue
to Lyle Avenue, from November 1st to April 1st.
Section 2 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of streets where parking is
prohibited under Section 11.60 . 050P the following:
Creekside Circle. Creekside Circle, south side
thereof, from Lyle Avenue to Creekside Court.
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage and publication in
pamphlet form in the manner provided b , law.
