AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING TO THE LIST OF
STOP INTERSECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11.32 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of stop intersections under
Section 11 . 32 .030 the following:
Franklin Boulevard. All vehicles being operated
on Franklin Boulevard must stop at Hill Avenue
before crossing or entering the same.
Hill Avenue. All vehicles being operated on
Hill Avenue must stop at Franklin Boulevard before
crossing or entering the same.
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage and publication in
pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
