AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 512-89 ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF WESTFIELD BUSINESS PARK"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. S 12-89 entitled "An Ordinance Vacating a Portion
of Westfield Business Park" be and is hereby amended by deleting Section 2 therefrom.
Section 2. That, except as amended herein, Ordinance No. S12-89 remains in full
force and effect.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage in the manner provided by law.
