AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING TO THE LIST OF
STOP INTERSECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Title 11, Chapter 11. 32 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976 , as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of stop intersections under
Section 11 . 32 . 030 the following:
Annadale Drive. All vehicles being operated on
Annadale Drive must stop at College Green Drive
before crossing or entering the same.
Aronomink Circle. All vehicles being operated
on Aronomink Circle must stop at Annadale Drive
before crossing or entering the same.
Aronomink Circle. All vehicles being operated
on Aronomink Circle must stop at College Green Drive
(000, before crossing or entering the same.
Baltusrol Drive. All vehicles being operated on
Baltrusrol Drive must stop at College Green Drive
before crossing or entering the same.
Castle Pines Circle. All vehicles being
operated on Castle Pines Circle must stop at College
Green Drive before crossing or entering the same.
Castle Pines Circle. All vehicles being
operated on Castle Pines Circle must stop at
Annadale Drive before crossing or entering the same.
College Green Drive. All vehicles being
operated on College Green Drive must stop at
Annadale Drive before crossing or entering the same.
College Green Drive. All vehicles being
operated on College Green Drive must stop at S.
McLean Boulevard before crossing or entering the
same.
Indian Wells Circle. All vehicles being
operated on Indian Wells Circle must stop at
Annadale Drive before crossing or entering the same.
Indian Wells Circle. All vehicles being
operated on Indian Wells Circle must stop at College
Green Drive before crossing or entering the same.
Muirfield Circle. All vehicles being operated
on Muirfield Circle must stop at College Green Drive
before crossing or entering the same.
Pebble Beach Circle. All vehicles being
operated on Pebble Beach Circle must stop at College
Green Drive before crossing or entering the same.
St. Andrews Circle. All vehicles being operated
on St. Andrews Circle must stop at College Green
Drive before crossing or entering the same.
St. Andrews Circle. All vehicles being operated
on St. Andrews Circle must stop at Annadale Drive
before crossing or entering the same.
Spyglass Hill Court. All vehicles being
operated on Spyglass Hill Court must stop at College
Green Drive before crossing or entering the same.
Torrey Pines Drive. All vehicles being operated
on Torrey Pines Drive must stop at S. McLean
Boulevard before crossing or entering the same.
elp„ Slade Avenue. All vehicles being operated on
Slade Avenue must stop at Center Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage and publication in
pamphlet form by authority of the City Council .
