AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE
CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11. 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by deleting from the list of thirty-minute parking
zones under Section 11 . 60 . 082 the following:
East Chicago Street, south side thereof, from
one hundred twenty-nine feet east of the Chicago and
Northwestern Railroad tracks westerly to one hundred
eighty-nine feet east of the Chicago and
Northwestern Railroad tracks .
Section 2 . That Title 11, Chapter 11. 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of thirty-minute parking zones
under Section 11. 60 . 082 the following:
tow East Chicago Street, south side thereof, from
106 feet east of the Chicago and Northwestern
Railroad tracks westerly to 198 feet east of the
Chicago and Northwestern Railroad tracks .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage and publication in
pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
