AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G73-88 GRANTING A SPECIAL USE FOR A CHURCH
(156 Willard Avenue) -
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section I. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. G73-88 entitled "An Ordinance
Granting a Special Use for a Church" passed September 28, 1988, be and is hereby
amended by amending Subsection 2 to read as follows:
"Section 2. That the special use granted herein shall expire if not
established within one year from the date of passage of this ordinance."
Section 2. That, except as amended herein, Ordinance No. G73-88 remains in full
force and effect.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage in the manner provided by law.
