AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING TO THE LIST OF
STOP INTERSECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section I. That Title I I, Chapter 11.32 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as
amended, is hereby amended by adding to the list of stop intersections under Sec-
tion 11.32.030 the following:
Grand Avenue. All vehicles being operated on Grand Avenue must
stop at Hiawatha Drive before crossing or entering the same.
Hiawatha Drive. All vehicles being operated on Hiawatha Drive must
stp at Grand Avenue before crossing or entering the same.
Hiawatha Drive. All vehicles being operated on Hiawatha Drive must
stop at Ford Avenue before crossing or entering the same.
Indian Drive. All vehicles being operated on Indian Drive must stop
at Ford Avenue before crossing or entering the same.
Iroquois Drive. All vehicles being operated on Iroquois Drive must
stop at Ford Avenue before crossing or entering the same.
Mohawk Drive. All vehicles being operated on Mohawk Drive must
stop at Ford Avenue before crossing or entering the same.
Orchard Street. All vehicles being operated on Orchard Street must
stop at Holly Street before crossing or entering the same.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provi-
sions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after its
passage and publication in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
