AN ORDINANCE
GRANTING A SPECIAL USE FOR A PUBLIC SERVICE FACILITY
WHEREAS, written application has been made for a special use for the establish-
ment, maintenance and operation of a public service facility at 573 North Crystal Street;
and
WHEREAS, the Land Use Committee conducted a public hearing after due notice
by publication and has submitted its findings of fact; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elgin has reviewed the findings and
recommendation of the Land Use Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section I. That a special use for a public service facility at 573 North Crystal
Street, Elgin, Illinois, legally described as follows:
Lots I and 2, and the Westerly 48 feet of Lot 3 of Block 3 of
Becklinger's Addition, Southwest Quarter of Section II, in the City of
Elgin, Kane County, Illinois, and Lots I and 2 of Block 5 of Summit Addi-
tion, Southwest Quarter of Section 11, in the City of Elgin, Kane County,

be and is hereby granted subject to the following conditions:
I. Substantial conformance with the site plan dated August 29,
1988.
2. Compliance with all other applicable codes and ordinances.
Section 2. That the special use granted herein shall expire if not established
within one year from the date of passage of this ordinance.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage in the manner provided by law.
