AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR INSPECTIONS AND PERMITS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section I. That Chapter 16.48, Section 16.48.070 of the Elgin Municipal Code,
1976, as amended, be and is hereby further amended by adding the following:
"F. Waiver of Fees.
No permit fee otherwise required by this chapter shall be required of
any unit of local government as defined by the Constitution of Illinois
1970."
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provi-
sions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication in the manner provided by law.
