AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE
CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section I. That Title 11, Chapter 11.60 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as
amended, be and is hereby further amended by deleting from the list of streets where
parking is prohibited under Section 11.60.050M the following:
National Street. National Street, from the C.&.N.W. Railway tracks
to South Grove Avenue and on the south side thereof, from South Grove
Avenue west for a distance of one hundred feet.
Section 2. That Title I I, Chapter 11.60 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as
amended, be and is hereby further amended by adding to the list of streets where parking
is prohibited under Section 11.60.050M the following:
National Street. National Street, both sides thereof, from the
C.&.N.W. Railway tracks to the east bank of the Fox River.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provi-
sions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after its
passage and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
