AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING FOR HALF-SEASON GOLF PASSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section I. That Section I of Ordinance No. G64-87 be and is hereby amended by
adding the following:
HALF SEASON GOLF PASSES
The fee for half-season passes shall be 50 percent of the season pass
fees.
Section 2. That all parts of Ordinance No. G64-87 in conflict with this ordinance
are repealed.
Section 3. That, except as amended herein, Ordinance No. G64-87 remains in full
force and effect.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage in the manner provided by law.
