AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING FOR WAIVER OF FEES FOR GOLF COURSE EMPLOYEES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section I. That Section I of Ordinance No. G64-87 be and is hereby amended by
adding the following:
GOLF COURSE EMPLOYEES
City employees, full and part time, who work at city golf courses,
may play such courses without payment of fees after 10:00 a.m. on
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and prior to 3:00 p.m. on all other days.
Section 2. That all parts of Ordinance No. G64-87 in conflict with this ordinance
are repealed.
Section 3. That, except as amended herein, Ordinance No. G64-87 remains in full
force and effect.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage in the manner provided by law.
