AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE G 19-88
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section I: That Ordinance G 19-88, passed March 9, 1988, reclassifying certain
property on South McLean Boulevard and granting a special use for a planned unit
development be and is hereby amended so that sections 4 and 5 of said ordinance provide
as follows:
"4. School site cash contribution in the amount of $75,985.44 payable at $554.44
per acre contained within each final plat prior to the approval of the final plat.
5. Park site cash contribution in the amount of $161.763.25 minus a $91,468.80
credit for 5.12 acres of park provided on site minus an amount to be approved and
credited for improvements to the 5.12 acres of park provided on site. The remainder of
the contribution is to be made in cash payable per acre contained within each final plat
prior to the approval of the final plat."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage in the manner provided by law.
