AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR FINGERPRINTING SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section I. That the Police Department of the City of Elgin be and is hereby
authorized to fingerprint citizens for non-municipal purposes upon request as a public
service.
Section 2. That the following fee be and is hereby established for the finger-
printing of citizens as a public service: $10.00.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provi-
sions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication in the manner provided by law.
