1 AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING SECTION 6.06.020(C) OF THE ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE
REGARDING REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE OF THE
LOCAL LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section I. That Section 6.06.020(C) of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as
amended, be and is further amended to read as follows:
"C. Regular meetings of the Commission shall be held not less than
once a month at times and on days as determined by the Commission."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication in the manner provided by law.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with this ordinance be
and are hereby repealed.
