AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section I. That Section 11.36.156 of Chapter 1 1.36 of the Elgin Municipal Code,
1976, as amended, be and is hereby further amended by adding the following:
Hemmens Building Parking Lot, one space.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication in the manner provided by law.
