AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING TITLE 3.04 OF THE ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE, 1976
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section I. That Section 3.04.040 entitled Exemptions from Classified Service of
Title 3.04 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding the following:
Stage Manager
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinance in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage in the manner provided by law.
