AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR TRAFFIC ACCIDENT REPORTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section I. That the following fees are hereby established for traffic accident
reports:
A. For regular reports $ 5.00
B. For reports of accidents
investtgated by an accident
reconstruction officer or
accident reconstruction team $ 20.00
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
July I, 1986.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall supercede all other ordinances establishing
fees for copies of traffic accident reports.
Section 4. That the City Clerk shall cause this ordinance to be published in the
manner provided by law.
