AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE SPEED LIMIT ON CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 11.16.030C of Chapter 11.16 of the Elgin Municipal Code,
1976, as amended, be and is hereby further amended by deleting the following:
Sleepy Hollow Road between Big Timber Road and the Northwest
Tollway.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinance in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication in the manner provided by law.
