AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE LIST OF ONE-WAY STREETS IN THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section I. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. G20-85, adopted March I I, 1985,
entitled An Ordinance Amending the List of One-Way Streets in the City of Elgin be and
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after
July 28, 1985.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication in the manner provided by law.
