AN ORDINANCE
RECLIFYING;PROPERTY AT THE ELGIN-O'HARE BUSINESS CENTER FROM
R 2 SlN FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO B-3 SERVICE BUSINESS DISTRICT
WHEREAS, written application has been made to reclassify certain property
'mated a he Elgin�'1*e`Business Center from R-2 Single Family Residence District
to t34,5 ' k ce Business District; and
WHEREAS,, the Land Use Committee has conducted a public hearing after due
notice andsub: tedits written findings and recommendations to the City Council; and
WHEREAar the City Council has reviewed the recommendations of the Land Use
Committee:agd concurs in Such recommendat ions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ELGIN, ILI INOIS•
Section l .That: Chapter 19.08, Section 19.08.020, entitled "Zoning District Map" of

ElgirtOtalaiRatCoder.1976 Elgin , as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended
