AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE
CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section I. That Title 11, Chapter 11.36 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as
amended, be and is hereby further amended by deleting from the list of limited parking
areas for buses only under Section 11.36.085 the following:
Park Street, north side, from Academy Place to College Street.
Section 2. That Title 11, Chapter 11.36 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as
amended, be and is hereby further amended by adding to the list of limited parking areas
for buses only under Section 11.36.085 the following:
Park Street, north side, easterly from the east curbline of Academy
Place for a distance of 249 feet between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and
5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provi-
sions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after its
passage and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
