elk AN ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING PARKING ON A CERTAIN PORTION OF WING STREET IN THE
CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Title 11, Chapter 11.36.050M of the Elgin Municipal
Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further amended by adding the
following parking restrictions:
Wing Street, south side thereof, from Crystal Avenue
to North McLean Boulevard.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and publication in pamphlet form in the manner
provided by law.
