AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE PROVISIONS OF LICENSES FOR PEDDLERS AND SOLICITORS IN
FOUNTAIN SQUARE PLAZA MALL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Title 6.46, Chapter 6.46.050B, of the Elgin Municipal
Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further amended to read as follows:
B. There shall be one twelve-month license for the sale of
food products including nonalcoholic beverages.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
