AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE LICENSE FEES FOR VENDORS ON THE FOUNTAIN SQUARE PLAZA MALL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 6.46.060A of Chapter 6.46 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further amended to
read as follows:
"6.46.060 License Fees
A. Vending units up to and including 40 square feet,
$450.00 per year. Vending units over 40 square feet,
$600.00 per year."
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and publication in the manner provided by law.
