AN ORDINANCE
DESIGNATING YIELD INTERSECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Title 11, Chapter 11.28 of the Elgin Municipal Code,
1976, as amended, is hereby amended by adding to the list of designated
yield intersections under Section 11.28.045 the following:
Crestview Drive, eastbound, at Parkview Drive.
Oakdale Drive, westbound, at Parkview Drive.
Meadow Lane, eastbound and westbound, at Parkview Drive.
Hillcrest Road, westbound, at Parkview Drive.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and publication in the manner provided by law.
