AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING A PORTION OF CHAPTER 11.44 ENTITLED, PARKING METERS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Title 11, Chapter 11.44 of the Elgin Municipal Code,
1976, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding to the list of two-
hour parking zones under Section 11.44.120, the following:
Municipal parking lot on Kimball Street at North Grove
Avenue, four spaces on the south side.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and publication in the manner provided by law.
