AN ORDINANCE
REMOVING PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON JACKSON STREET, WEST SIDE, FROM
CHICAGO STREET TO HIGHLAND AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 11.36.050 of Chapter 11.36, Title 11, of
the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, is hereby further amended by
deleting from the list of designated streets where parking is restricted
the following:
"Jackson Street, west side, between Chicago Street and
Highland Avenue from six a.m. to six p.m. , Monday through
Saturday."
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law
and shall be published in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
