AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR DEALERS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. G81-4, entitled "An
Ordinance Amending the Provisions of Chapter 6.06 of the Elgin Municipal
Code Relating to Alcoholic Liquor Dealers" be and is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"Section 2. Class I, for the retail sale of alcoholic
liquor in the Hemmens Memorial Building by a concessionaire
authorized to make such sales and delivery pursuant to a con-
cession agreement with the City of Elgin for consumption on
the premises only, $100.00."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage in the manner provided by law.
