eft AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING EXEMPT MANAGEMENT POSITIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. G5-80 providing for position classifica-
tion and pay plans for management group employees is hereby amended by
adding a position entitled "Program Coordinator" to Range 32 C and a
position entitled "Auditorium Operations Manager" to Range 37 C of Official
Salary Plan. Said ordinance is further amended by the deletion of a posi-
tion entitled 'Mall Coordinator" in Range 21 C of the same Official Salary
Plan.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. G6-80 entitled "An Ordinance Amending
the Management Group Benefit Program" is hereby amended by adding the
positions entitled "Program Coordinator" and "Auditorium Operations
Manager" to the list of positions in Section 3 and deleting the position
entitled "Mall Coordinator" from said Section 3.
Section 3. That Ordinance No. G7-80 entitled "An Ordinance Establish-
ing Exemptions from the Civil Service of the City of Elgin" is hereby
amended by adding the positions entitled "Program Coordinator" and
"Auditorium Operations Manager" to the list of positions in Section 1
and deleting the position entitled "Mall Coordinator" from said Section 1.
eft Section 4. That Ordinance G17-80 providing for position classification
and pay plans for Clerical/Technical group employees is hereby amended by
the deletion of a position entitled "Stage Manager" from Range 21 S of the
Official Salary Plan.
Section 5. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
November 16, 1980 in the manner provided by law.
