AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING SECTION 9.14.050 OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE
ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE, 1976, AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 9.14.050 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976,
as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"9.14.050 Fees
The annual fee for a license for an automatic food vending
machine shall be as follows:
a. Machines dispensing ball gum, nuts and
panned candy No Fee
b. Machines dispensing capped or sealed bottled
or canned beverages No Fee
c. Machines dispensing beverages in a cup $ 5.00
d. Machines dispensing hot and cold, frozen
foods, milk, juice, candy, pastry and
e"' snacks $10.00
e. A11 other $10.00"
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form
and shall be in full force and effect ten days after passage and publication.
