AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CHAPTER 11.44 ENTITLF.11 "PARKING METERS"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 11.44.120(A) of Chapter 11.44 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further amended by
adding the following:
"North State Street, east side, between West Chicago
Street and West Highland Avenue, except the northerly four
spaces of the southerly nine spaces."
Section 2. That Section 11.44.100(A) of Chapter 11.44 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further amended by
adding the following:
"North State Street, east side, between West Chicago
Street and West Highland Avenue, the northerly four spaces
of the southerly nine spaces."
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and publication in the manner provided by law.
