AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING AN EXEMPT MANAGEMENT POSITION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. G5-80 providing for position classifi-
cation and pay plans is hereby amended by adding a position entitled "Parks
Superintendent" to Range 44B of the Official Salary Plan.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. G6-80 entitled "An Ordinance Amending
the Management Group Benefit Program" is hereby amended by adding a posi-
tion entitled "Parks Superintendent" to the list of positions in Section 2
and said position shall be eligible for the benefits listed in said section.
Section 3. That Ordinance No. G7-80 entitied "An Ordinance Establish-
ing Exemptions from the Civil Service of the City of Elgin" is hereby amended
by adding the position entitled "Parks Superintendent" to the list of posi-
tions in Section 1.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage in the manner provided by law.
