AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FARES AND CHARGES FOR THE
TRANSPORTATION OF PERSONS BY MOTOR VEHICLES BY
EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES OPERATED BY THE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OF THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. G59-79, passed October 24, 1979,
establishing fares for municipal bus services, be and is hereby amended
by adding the following:

(with fare paying passenger) Free

Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage in the manner provided by law.
