AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING A TOW-AWAY ZONE ON GROVE AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Chapter 11.36 of Title 11 of the Elgin Municipal
Code, 1976, as amended, is hereby amended by adding to the designated
tow-away zones as provided under Section 11.36.205:
"Grove Avenue on both sides thereof between East
Highland Avenue and East Chicago Street."
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and publication in the manner provided by law.
