AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL SALARY ' LAN OF THE CITY OF Ft IN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS
Section 1. That Ordinance G5-80 entitled, "An Ordinance Amending
Article IV, Entitled 'The Adoption and Administration of Position Classi-
fications and Pay Plans' of Chapter 6 of the City Code (Ordinance No S-569,
Passed December 23, 1955) As Pertains to the Compensation Plan and to the
Schedule of Standard Salary Ranges and the Official Salary Plan of the City
of Elgin, Illinois, as Amended", is hereby amended as follows:
That the following positions and job assignments be and are
hereby added to the Official Management 'C' Group Salary Plan:
"Personnel Clerk" as Range 11C; "Administrative Secretary"
assigned to the Legal Department as Range 11C; and "Clerk
Typist" assigned to the Personnel and Administrative Services
Office 5C.
Section 2. That these positions and job assignments are deleted from
the Official Clerical/Technical Group Salary Plan as in Ordinance G3-78.
ook Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect as
of December 30, 1979.
