eft AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE CITY CODE TO ADD TO THE LIST OF STOP INTERSECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Title 11, Chapter 11.28 of the Elgin Municipal Code,
as amended, is hereby amended by adding to the list of stop intersections
under Section 11.28.020 the following:
"Franklin Boulevard. All vehicles being operated on
Franklin Boulevard must stop at Grand Boulevard before
crossing or entering the same."
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after July 16, 1979.
