AN ORDINANCE
RESTRICTING THE RIDING OF BICYCLES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 11.60.110(a) of Chapter 11.60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, as amended, is hereby amended by adding the following:
"D. No person shall ride a bicycle anywhere within
the Fountain Square Plaza Mall."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and publication and shall be published in pamphlet
form by authority of the City Council.
