AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE MANAGEMENT GROUP BENEFIT PROGRAM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance G88-78 entitled "An Ordinance Amending the
Management Group Benefit Program", is hereby amended as follows:
That the positions of Public Works Superintendant and
Assistant Public Works Superintendent be and are hereby added
to the list of positions in Section 2 and will be eligible for
the benefits listed in said section.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect as
of April 1, 1979.
