AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ESTABLISHED EXEMPTIONS FROM THE CLASSIFIED SERVICE
OF THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance G87-78 entitled, "An Ordinance Establishing
Exemptions from the Classified Service of the City of Elgin", is hereby
amended as follows:
That the positions of Public Works Superintendent and
Assistant Public Works Superintendent be and are hereby added
to the list of positions in Section 1.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage in the manner provided by law.
