AN ORDINANCE
REMOVING PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON CRYSTAL AVENUE, EAST
SIDE, FROM WEST CHICAGO STREET TO SOUTH STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 11.36.0SOM of Chapter 11.36, Title 11, of
the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, is hereby amended by deleting
from the list of designated streets where parking is restricted, the
following:
Crystal Avenue, east side, from West Chicago Street to
South Street.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after May 1, 1979.
