G8-78 Ordinance No. G8- 78
AN ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING HUNTING WITHIN THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Chapter 10.88 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as
amended, is amended by adding Section 10.88.020, to read as follows:
"10.88.020 Hunting Prohibited
It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt within the
corporate limits of the City of Elgin."
Section 2. That all ordinaries or parts of ordinances in conflict with
the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
