AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE G18-74 AUTHORIZING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance G18-74, passed on April 24, 1974, be and
is hereby amended by amending Section 2(9) to read as follows:
"9. That construction shall commence no later than
April 24, 1979 and shall be completed no later than
April 24, 1984. Any extension of said time limit shall
be within the sole discretion of the City of Elgin and
shall not be granted unless work is shown to be progressing
satisfactorily."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its publication in pamphlet form by authority of the City
Council.
