AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE LIST OF DESIGNATED METERED PARKING AREAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 11.44.150 of Chapter 11.44 of Title 11 of
the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by deleting from the list of designated 10 hour metered parking
areas under 11.44.150A the following:
Lot M, one hundred one parking spaces
Section 2. That Section 11.44.120 of Chapter 11.44 of Title 11 of
the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of designated two hour metered parking
areas under 11.44.120A the following:
Lot M 45
Section 3. That Section 11.44.100 of Chapter 11.44 of Title 11 of
the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by amending the list of designated 30 minute metered parking
areas under 11.44.100A the following:
Lot M 12

Section 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 5. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be
published in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
